By acknowledging that You have read these Agreements when You register for Your Account, You agree to comply with these Agreements, and You acknowledge that Your failure to comply with these Agreements may result in disqualification, the closure of Your Account, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against You, as appropriate and as further specified in these Agreements. 1. We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with this clause. And the changes of Terms of Use are effective when posted.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc ("PDRCI") Arbitration Rules for the time being in force. The appointing authority shall be the PDRCI and the number of arbitrators shall be three (3), where the Provider and you shall each appoint one (1) arbitrator and the two (2) arbitrators thus appointed shall choose the third arbitrator who will act as the presiding arbitrator of the tribunal. The place of arbitration shall be the Metro Manila, Philippines. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The Provider, you and the tribunal shall at all times treat all matters relating to the proceedings and the award as confidential.
5. Notwithstanding Clause above, the Provider shall be entitled at its sole discretion to commence proceedings against you in the courts of the Philippines or in any other courts with jurisdiction in connection with any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines or such other courts (as the case may be).
6. Underage gambling is an offence. You may only use the Services if you are eighteen (18) years old, or of legal age as determined by the laws of the country where you live which shall only be valid if the age of majority in your jurisdiction is eighteen (18) years or higher ("Legally of Age"). We reserve the right to withhold any funds in Your account until your age is verified.
7. 30. From time to time we offer bet incentives for new accounts. You are not eligible to receive new account offers if you are one of our existing customers.

The name on Your Account must match Your true and legal name and identity and the name on Your Account registration must match the name on the bank account used to deposit or receive monies into Your Account. Without derogating from the aforementioned, should you use bank account which are not in Your true and legal name and identity to deposit or receive monies into Your Account, we will presume that you have received complete and sufficient consent from the rightful owner and/or the named person on such bank account.     • Prevention of direct money transfers between players; and/or

    • Freeze your W138 Account at any time and without prior notice to you; or
    • Close your W138 Account permanently and without prior notice to you.
13. In cases of suspected money laundering, W138 suspends access to all concerned accounts in order to investigate and inform, where appropriate, the competent authorities. Following investigation, and in the absence of money laundering, the accounts are reopened and any blocked funds are returned to concerned players.

Employees of the W138, its licensees, distributors, affiliates, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in games or betting in W138, and all accounts in violation of this clause will be immediately terminated.

    • You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties' participation in any of the Games.

If any suspicious, improper, fraudulent, or unlawful activities are attempted and/or performed through the use of The Company Services We will be entitled to terminate and/or block your Player Account and seize all funds available through that account. 13. Artificial Intelligence - Robots: You are not allowed to use any software program which, in our opinion, is endowed with artificial intelligence ("AI Software") in connection with your use of the Services. 1. Users should ensure they have read and understood the Game Rules before placing a Bet.

8. Withdrawals from a your W138 account can only be addressed strictly to the person registered on the Account as per the conditions specified on the W138 site.

We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee in the event that you proceed with more than 5 approved withdrawals/payout requests during one (1) calendar day with same amount and approved withdrawal amount below maximum allowed. 12. Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing in this Agreement shall create or confer any rights or any other benefits to third parties.
